The Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Fund supports evidence based programs and high school scholarships for city youth in Rochester, NY. Rochester, NY has the 11th worse child poverty rate in the country. It has a 92% free and reduced lunch rate and the highest teenage pregnancy rate in the Western world.

The Jeff Milano-Johnson Fund was created to celebrate the life of Jeffrey Milano-Johnson, a young man who died suddenly at the age of 14 of a ruptured brain aneurysm while warming up for a varsity lacrosse game.

Jeff loved life and the people in his life. He had an infectious smile and a huge heart. He brought joy and happiness to whomever he came in contact with. And Jeff was compassionate - to kids young and old, to adults - parents, coaches, teachers - and upon his death to the five people whose life he extended by donating his organs to them.

The Jeff Milano-Johnson Memorial Fund is dedicated to assisting youth and families in need. The Fund extends Jeff's life, love, joy and kindness well into the future.
